With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
Invented by French physician J. G. A. Lugol, iodine solution (or lugol) is a mixture of iodine and potassium iodide in water.
100 g of solution is made up as follows: 2.0 g iodine (USP), 4.0 g potassium iodide (Ph. Eur.,USP), 94.0 g water (demineralized, purified, Ph. Eur., USP, NF).
The iodine used comes from extracted crystals, not from shellfish or algae.
It has an antiseptic and disinfectant action thanks to the iodine it contains.
Store at room temperature. Protect from direct sunlight.
Dosage: 1 drop Quantity per dosage: 2.52 mg iodine (1 mg iodine and 1.52 mg iodide).
